Ellen DeGeneres is ending her long time running talk show after 19 seasons. Ellen claims she is ending her show and looking for a new challenge however reports have circulated around her toxic workplace environment towards black employees. Since the testimony and statements from her toxic workplace surfced, The Ellen DeGeneres Show's ratings have tumbled 43% this season.

I share a personal story of racism I experienced in the workplace and other examples of stereotyping black people in the workplace.

Lastly San Francisco donates $3.75 Million dolloars to local black owned business. This money is being routed from the San Franciso Police Department in order to establish better community relations.
